These terms apply to all appointments with Elite Recovery Vienna, Franck Paul Jean Pannetier (“Max Pannetier”), Schwertgasse 4/8, 1010 Vienna, Austria.
1. Booking
Appointments are booked online via Calendly or by phone/email. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown when you book via Calendly and include VAT. Online bookings are paid in advance when booking (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); payment is processed by Stripe. Bookings made by phone or email can be paid in cash at the practice.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email or by phone or email. If you cancel later, reschedule, or do not attend, the full price is charged and an advance payment is not refunded, subject to your right of withdrawal (section 4). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. If we have to cancel an appointment, you get a full refund or a new appointment of your choice.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract concluded online, by phone or by email within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded (your booking). To withdraw, send us a clear statement, e.g. by email to hello@eliterecovery.at or by phone; you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send it before the period ends.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments you made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.
If your appointment falls within the withdrawal period, you can ask us when booking to provide the treatment before the period ends. If you then withdraw before the treatment, you get a full refund. Once the treatment has been fully provided at your express request, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance, the right of withdrawal ends.
Within the withdrawal period, the 48-hour cancellation rule (section 3) does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Your health
Please tell us truthfully before your treatment about any injuries, illnesses, allergies, medication, pregnancy or recent surgery. Our treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a doctor. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please ask your doctor first.
6. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
